PCVA will follow State Law HB 22-1139 which states that parking will comply with City regulations when parking on City roads. The city ordinance does not allow parking longer than 72 hours in the same location on neighborhood streets.
Almost all roads within Pine Creek are neighborhood streets. Please park in your garage or driveway first, and then park on the street only if necessary. If a car does not move while street parking within 72 hours, it can be reported to the Colorado Springs Neighborhood Services Department at 719-444-7891, online at coloradosprings.gov/neighborhoodservices or via the GoCOS! app or webpage at coloradosprings.gov/gocos.
However, if possible, we ask that you talk to your neighbor first before reporting parking violations, as many people are unaware that they are violating a city ordinance.
