Resident Committees
PCVA relies on residents to volunteer for various committees. The primary purpose of all committees is to assist the Board in the governance of the community, in strictly an advisory capacity. The current committees are:

If you would like to volunteer for a committee, please download the application below, fill it out, and then contact our Community Manager by emailing [email protected] or calling (719) 389-0700.
- Modifications (advises on changes to the outside of your home)
- Community Connections (informs about PCVA activities and happenings via PCVA News emails and www.pcva.org website)
- Grounds (helps ensure the PCVA grounds are kept up - watering, weeding, planting, ground cover, etc.)
