Missed Pickup?
- In the event WM is unable unable to service the community on the regular service day (example a weather delay), they typically return the next day so be sure to put your cart out the next morning and following mornings until their return.
- Please make sure to have carts out from 7am until 6pm. In the event they are unable to return that week, they will take extras out your next service day.
- If your individual cart/address is not serviced on your regular collection day, please call (303) 797-1600 to report the missed pickup. WM typically returns within 24-48 hours so be sure to put your cart out the next morning from 7am to 6pm for service.
- Holiday Schedule applies to both trash & recycle (if applicable) service.
- During a holiday week, service will be delayed by one day for all days that fall on or after the holiday. Normal schedule will resume the following week.
- Observed Holidays: New Year’s Day/Memorial Day/Independence Day/Labor Day/Thanksgiving Day/Christmas Day
