Waste Management Container Spacing

9/1/2025

Waste Management now has new trucks to provide service. In order for these trucks to pick up your trash/recycle bins, they will need to be placed at least 3 feet apart from each other when placed side by side. If they are not 3 feet apart, there is a chance one or more of your bins will NOT be emptied.

Trash and Recycling in PCVA

5/15/2025

2.1 TRASH AND RECYCLING
To ensure compliance with waste and recyclables, the PCVA provides Pine Creek a single waste management and recycling company.
  • Do not place trash/recycling bins at the curb prior to 6 PM the day before service and stow the bins by 8 PM the day of service.
  • To prevent blowing trash and/or attracting animals, and in alignment with the trash/recycling company policy, all trash/recyclables must be inside the bins with the lid closed.
  • When not at the curb for service, stow trash/recycle bins out of view from the street or neighboring homes.
