Private Streets & Exclusive Common Areas

2/15/2023

There are several neighborhoods within the Pine Creek Village Association with private streets.  Those neighborhoods are Reverie, La Bellezza, Carriages and Wildflower.  To determine if a street is a private street or a public street, simply look at the street sign.  If it is green, it is a city street.  If it is brown, it is a private street.  Homeowners in those neighborhoods pay additional assessments to maintain those streets and exclusive common areas.

Additionally, there are areas within those neighborhoods that are considered “Exclusive Common Areas.”  This means the common areas within those neighborhoods are for the exclusive use of that neighborhood and not all residents of Pine Creek.  These areas may include but are not limited to, entry features, recreational facilities, landscaped medians and cul de sacs and other portion of the common area within a particular neighborhood or neighborhoods.  Please refer to section 2.2 of the Covenants for any further clarification.

Please refrain from using these areas unless you are a homeowner or are visiting one in those areas.
