PCVA Guidelines, Sec 4.13 is an excellent place to start if you are going to conduct any landscaping changes this summer. Note that there are policies for number of trees, plants, and shrubs in your front and side yards, depending on the square footage and/or linear footage of your property. Ensure your design meets the minimum requirement for plant count, as well as utilizing the Guidelines for acceptable plant material.
