For PCVA community areas (sidewalks in the common area): snow is shoveled from the walks once the snow has reached a depth of 2" and the snow has ceased. While the snow removal company does apply some ice-melt in troublesome areas, pedestrians should be aware that walkways may be slippery and caution and care should be used where ice may be present. Snow removal performance does not ensure that there will be 100% no snow or ice. Please notify the Hammersmith Team of any problematic or icy areas so that known issues can be addressed. Contact them via phone 719-389-0700 or submit a work order request easily and efficiently using your homeowner portal accessed at portal.ehammersmith.com.
