Park to keep our streets clear for safety

While State Law HB 22-1139 has changed how the HOA Board can mandate the use of public rights-of-way for public roads within PCVA neighborhoods, residents should attempt to keep roads clear of vehicles for safety purposes.  Per the PCVA Guidelines, Sec, 2.4, residents must maximize use of garages and driveways before using on-street parking.  If parking on the city streets, please attempt to park in front of your own home, or for non-residents, in front of the home they are visiting.
