If you would like to receive phone/email notifications of service delays or issues, you can call WM customer service at (888) 496-8824. Use the automated phone system to identify your address and then select Option 4 (all other issues) to talk to a representative. Tell them you are in an HOA and would like to be added to the service notification system. Give them your name and phone number (email too if you wish).
