Unattended Running Vehicles "Puffing" Rules
- Per Colorado law, you cannot leave an unattended vehicle running UNLESS it has a remote start and you take adequate security measures (i.e. the vehicle requires a key to put the vehicle into gear and move the vehicle; you keep the keyless start fob out of proximity of the vehicle; or you employ a steering wheel security devices.)
