A reminder to PCVA residents that all submitted Design Review Requests can take up to 30 days to review. The Modifications Committee is made up of volunteer homeowners within Pine Creek who address and assess every exterior modification request received while cross-referencing the current Community Guidelines. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Remember - work for any projects cannot begin until formal approval has been granted by the Modifications Committee.
