We will soon have local landscaping companies performing restoration work. In general, our priorities will be in the following order: fill any open holes, repair irrigation systems, restore grass and other landscape, and repair concrete.
Here is how you can help: To assist us in addressing any landscape damage caused by our fiber construction, we ask that you report issues you have encountered so we can work to schedule repairs. Please note that multiple organizations are installing fiber in Colorado Springs, which may cause confusion about whether we are responsible for the installation in your neighborhood. A key identifier of our fiber construction work is that it will only take place in the front of your property - in the public right of way or utility easement.
