NOTICE OF 2024 ASSESSMENT
Pursuant to the Association’s Governing Documents, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the 2024 Operating Budget, and the owners ratified it at the meeting on November 28th, 2023.
The PCVA Master Assessment for 2024 will increase to $110.00 per home per month beginning on January 1, 2024.
2024 Special Neighborhood Assessments:
Payments: We recommend homeowners use the Hammersmith/Real Manage Electronic Payment service as it is the most secure and efficient method of maintaining your account. Please go to portal.eHammersmith.com and log in to make a payment. You will need to enter your email and password to log in to your homeowner portal. Once you are logged in, you may select Make a Payment and choose from several options to make your payment.
Customer Service: Please contact Hammersmith at [email protected] or 719-389-0700 (select option 3 for Colorado Springs, and select option 2 for Pine Creek Village) if you have any difficulty logging in.
Coupon Request: If you need payment coupons to pay by mail, please contact Hammersmith at [email protected] as soon as possible to order coupons. Please note that coupons are not necessary to complete your payment and are only distributed on an as-requested basis.
Payment and Late Fees: Monthly assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month. If Payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a $25.00 late fee plus interest will be assessed each month that a past due balance remains. Please note that this 15 day “grace period” is for unintentional delays, such as with the U.S. Postal Service. It is not meant as an extension of the due date.
