Police say there are 3 common mistakes when navigating roundabouts:
  1. Failing to yield to traffic already in the roundabout
  2. Changing lanes in the roundabout
  3. Attempting to make a left from the right-hand lane when you're supposed to go right or straight.

Native Grass in the Common Areas

8/15/2022

The Native Grass that you see throughout PCVA is intentional and is only mowed once during the season, typically in the Fall. This allows for the native to thrive, seed itself, and fill out better for the next sprouting season to drown out the weeds. In years past, this has been over-mowed, and it is not being nurtured properly to achieve the intended look and health of these areas.

New Policies

8/15/2022

Two new policies have been adopted by the Board of Directors and became effective August 10, 2022. These have been emailed to all owners who have provided email to the HOA, and these are now posted to the homeowner portal and the PCVA.org website. Please take a moment to review and familiarize yourself with the Revised Covenant Enforcement Policy and the Revised Collection Policy, as these are applicable to all PCVA members (owners) located at https://www.pcva.org/policies.html

*Please note that these policy revisions were necessary due to new legislation, and the Association and the Management company are obligated to comply and operate within State Law.

Mailbox Kiosks and Mailboxes

8/15/2022

The mailbox kiosks' stucco housings and roofs are maintained by the PCVA, however, the actual mailboxes are maintained by USPS. If you are experiencing an issue with your mailbox, or if you need a mailbox key or a rekey of your box, and for all mailbox related questions, these can be addressed by contacting USPS.

Hammersmith Management and PCVA do not keep copies of the mailbox keys.

Please report any issues with the mailbox kiosk stucco or lighting to Management.
