Are there watering restrictions?

​Watering Restricted From May 1 to Oct 15
1. You may water up to three days a week. You choose the days.
2. From May 1 to Oct. 15, water before 10 a.m. or after 6 p.m. to reduce evaporation.
3. Don't let water pool on hard surfaces or flow down gutters.
4. Repair leaking sprinkler systems within 10 days.
5. Use a shut-off nozzle when washing anything with a hose.
6. Clean hard surfaces (such as driveways, sidewalks and patios) with water only if there is a public health and safety concern.

Watering is allowed any time with a drip irrigation system, handheld hose with a shutoff nozzle , or other handheld watering container.

Aren't there rules regarding when contractors can work in Pine Creek?

Yes - there are restrictions. By city law, contractors can work from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ​

Need to report a downed tree or fallen tree limbs due to a storm?

​You can report a downed City tree (trees in a city park, open space, median, or along trails, sidewalks, or streets) here: https://coloradosprings.gov/forestry/page/street-tree-maintenance-requests

If a tree has compromised or is touching a power line, STAY AWAY from it and keep pets/children away. Report immediately to Colorado Springs Utilities at 448-4800.

The City of Colorado Springs maintains the City owned streets within Pine Creek. Please contact them with snow removal problems at (719) 385-5934 and report potholes by calling 385-ROAD (7623).

​The PCVA cannot maintain city streets.
