What's New In PCVA?Community Picnic August 14th! Don't miss out on FREE food, fun and friendship at the Pirate's Cove Splash Park. Bring the kids to see live animals in the petting zoo, jump around in the gravity play inflatables, and get their faces painted. The fun starts at 11:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. Light Poles Must Be Black All front yard light poles must be painted black by the end of this year. If your light pole is not black, this is a good time to get it painted. It doesn't take long. The correct color is Kwal Royal Ebony Black or OX9066J. You can pick up the correct color at the Kwal Paint store at 6345 Source Center Pt. Colorado Springs, CO 80923 (CLICK HERE for a map). The kit will include 1 quart of paint, a brush, sand cloth for buffing the post, and instructions on how to properly prepare and paint your light post. The cost is approximately $15.00. Neighbor to Neighbor Services Did you know that there may be someone in your neighborhood who wants to babysit your kids or mow your lawn? PCVA has a free "Neighbor to Neighbor" program that allows Pine Creek residents to post services and items for sale to other residents? CLICK HERE for more info.
