Monday, March 17th, our landscape company Sunflower will begin applying a pre-emergent treatment to the common rock/mulch areas in Pine Creek Village. This application is intended to reduce the need for repeated spraying throughout the season. While they do use some of the safest products available, we kindly ask that you keep children, adults, and pets out of the marked, treated areas until dry. This typically occurs within 30 minutes.
