Landscape change requests can be some of the hardest Design Review Requests for the Modifications Committee to visualize and understand.
Recently, homeowners have been submitting additional information that has made the review process much easier. When preparing a landscape request, consider including a short video of the area you plan to modify, with narration explaining what you want to change. You can also take a photo of the area and use AI to show what the proposed plants and landscaping might look like in the space.
These visual tools are helpful, but they do not replace the required landscape plan. Please still provide a complete plan showing where each plant will be located, the names of the plants, and the size of the containers or pots you plan to install.
