Homeowners are responsible to remove all storm debris and branches from damaged trees located on their personal property. Homeowners have a couple of good options:
(A) Take damaged branches to the Black Forest Slash located about a 10-15 minute drive from Pine Creek Village. See details at www.bfslash.org
(B) Prepare for Waste Management pickup. Two methods are available:
(1) Bundle limbs and branches in 4-foot lengths and tightly bound with string so that the WM personnel can lift the bundle without movement; or
(2) Bag storm debris in black plastic bags and place curbside for Waste Management (WM) pickup. WM will pick up a maximum 5 bags for each homeowner in addition to the standard 96-gallon waste bin. Homeowners should use heavy duty 42-gallon black plastic bags available at local hardware stores.
