A Notice of the Continued Annual Meeting Election 2022 was mailed to all Pine Creek Homeowners on November 18, 2022.
- Please take a moment to review the notice in its entirety, and please also complete and return the Directed Proxy to indicate your desired candidates for the Board election no later than December 5th.
- Directed Proxies may be returned via mail, hand-delivery, or via email at CommunityCare@ehammersmith.com
- This Continued Annual Meeting Election will be held virtually on December 7th for all homeowners who wish to login to hear the results of the election.
- Voting Delegates should come to the Hammersmith Office between 3pm-5:30pm on December 7th to cast their Voting Delegate Ballots for their respective neighborhood.
