There are still many trees along homeowner sidewalks that are hanging into pedestrian paths. This is not only a violation of the PCVA governing documents, but also a violation of City of Colorado Springs Ordinance. Management has issued broadcast messages and courtesy notes regarding trimming trees, but this remains an ongoing issue in Pine Creek for many trees along pathways. Especially during the leaf season, please take a look at your trees and be sure to maintain and trim them up above and away from the sidewalks. PCV common area trees have been trimmed up and sprayed for pests and disease on a continuous schedule, and if you should notice any trees requiring attention, please submit a work order request through your homeowner portal and management will be happy to assign Tall Timbers to take the required action.
