Please keep our community streets and driveways safe and free of trailers/storage units and inoperative vehicles. The PCVA Guidelines, Section 2.4, state that inoperative vehicles and trailers must be either in the garage or off-site; violations are subject to fines by the HOA Board of Directors.
Because most of PCVA’s streets are City-owned, homeowners must also abide by Colorado Springs City Ordinance 9.6.504, which support that vehicles stored outside on private property must be operable and free from damage that renders them unlawful for operation on a roadway…”Recreational vehicles and trailers may only be stored upon a driveway surface within rear or side yard.” Homeowners are encouraged to know the conditions and/or caveats for this City ordinance.
