Please Allow Required PCVA Inspections

You may not know that the PCVA management team conducts onsite inspection on a regular basis as part of a quality association management effort to help ensure neighborhood safety, protect property values, and avoid unexpected expenses.
 
An HOA inspection thoroughly reviews the condition of the association, and is generally focused on three areas:

1. Preventative Maintenance – inspecting and recommending the repair or replacement of common components, such as light bulbs, fasteners, fencing, etc.
2. Facility Maintenance – identifying issues in structure and function on common area property (i.e. neighborhood entryways, the private park structures, etc.).
3. CC&Rs – assisting the Modifications Committee in inspecting for non-compliance with association rules and regulations.

While the management staff is conducting their required inspections, please respect their personal space, don't block their vehicle movement, be courteous, and use polite language during any interactions.
