To start the process, visit https://www.pcva.org/submit-a-design-review-request1.html to read the instructions and suggestions. Then download and print out the Design Review Request form found there, complete it, and deliver it along with the necessary drawings, plans, and photos of the area with the proposed changes to the Community Manager according to the instructions on the form.
The more specific the details of your plan, the easier it is for the committee to review and approve.
