It has recently been brought to our attention by the Pine Creek Golf Course Management that there is a big problem with Pine Creek residents accessing the Golf Course grounds. It has been reported that residents have been illegally accessing the course to walk, allowing their pets to run, sledding, and even walking on the thin ice covering the private ponds.
Please note that the Golf Course is Private Property and "warning" signs and "no trespassing" signs have been ignored in these instances. If you would like to utilize the Golf Course, you must access it legally, by paying the green fee to golf at the Clubhouse at 9850 Divot Trail.
Activities such as dog walking and sledding are damaging to both the Golf Course grounds and the special relationship the community has with the Golf Course.
The golf course has put the community on warning that if this activity continues, the golf course will be forced to report this to the local authorities. If Pine Creek Village is issued a summons in regard to this illegal activity, the Association will be seeking financial remedy for legal costs from the individuals responsible.
Please report ALL violations of the below guidelines to Management so that we may address this serious matter with offending homeowners. Complaints can be submitted via your homeowner portal or by visiting ehammersmith.com. Complaints must be issued in writing (email is AOK.) We have also attached a copy of the Pine Creek Community Guidelines for further review and as a reminder that Pine Creek Village was designed to live harmoniously with our Golf Course neighbor:
