Phase 2 of the Pine Creek painting project will be starting on Monday, August 24th (weather permitting). Precision Pros will be onsite with their crews working on the following areas: Stucco Wall, Metal Fence, Mail Kiosks and Monuments in the map area. For a copy of the map and work areas, see the bottom of this post or visit https://www.pcva.org/uploads/7/8/8/7/78875826/pcva_fence_and_wall_map_-_ph2_2026.pdf
If your home falls within these areas - please read the following steps and information. If you are not on this years list - please visit the PCVA projects tab at https://www.pcva.org/pcva-projects to see the remaining plans and maps for 2027-2030.
Precision Pros will be posting notices 3 days prior on each owners garage near your code box or to the side before they start that section of painting.
Precision pros will be painting both sides of the stucco wall and metal fencing, so they will need to be in your backyards at some point when they are in your specific area.
Before Painting Begins:
1. Remove all items from fencing and walls being painted. Please make sure that if you have any items on any of the fencing or wall that you have it removed so it does not get damaged during the painting process. If any items are still there when painting starts, they will try and remove it or paint around it, and they will not be responsible to any damage that might be caused or to come back and repaint the areas that they had to work around.
2. Trim bushes and trees so they do not contact fencing and walls being painted. Please make sure that if you have any plants or trees that are next to the wall or fences, on top of them or hanging over that you have this trimmed back as much as you can. Precision pros will try and work around everything, but the less they have to deal with, the better.
3. Remove any pet fencing that contacts fencing or walls being painted. If you have any wire mesh or anything against the fences that you use to keep your pets within the yard - please have this removed. If not removed, precision pros will either try and remove it or will just paint over it if they can. We would ask that you please try and have it removed if possible.
If you have any questions and/or concerns before, during or after painting, please do not submit a request through the owner portal, instead, please email Danielle Locastro directly so that she can contact the crew supervisor directly. Please provide the best contact information for you as the supervisor may reach out to you to address any concerns or meet with you at your home to discuss further.
Danielle Locastro ([email protected]); Phone 303-980-7434.
Thank you for your time and patience as we work to complete this years Phase 2 painting project.
