Hi, I’m Esther Lee, the new Chair of the Modifications Committee. I’m excited to serve our community and help keep our neighborhood looking great! Here are a few quick updates and requests:

- Prefer to see colors in person? The Hammersmith office has a binder with physical swatches available.
- Planning exterior work this year? You’re welcome to submit your Design Review Request early. Beat the rush! Projects are usually required to be finished within 2 months, but early submissions can be approved with a longer completion timeline. www.pcva.org/design-review-request.html
