The process is to submit a complete design review request to Hammersmith as outlined at https://www.pcva.org/submit-a-design-review-request.html. Hammersmith reviews the request and follows up with any questions to ensure the scope and details of the request are fully understood before forwarding it to the Modifications Committee for review at the next meeting. Incomplete or confusing requests are not forwarded for review until all questions are answered in the required detail. This is to avoid problems and speed the approval process. Most delays occur when the design review request is not completed fully or in the detail noted in the form.
The Modifications Committee meets every two weeks from March to October. The cutoff for submitting a complete and detailed design review request is the Thursday before the committee's meeting date. If you have any changes, remember to get them to Hammersmith by the Thursday before the meeting to be included on the agenda.

-March 18 - DRRs due to Hammersmith by March 11 COB
- April 1 - DRRs due to Hammersmith by March 25 COB
