The marijuana amendment will be enforced immediately.
The Board of Directors discussed a timeline for the lease restriction at the January 28, 2017 Board Meeting. The Board has granted a six (6) month timeline from the date of this letter for compliance with the lease restriction clause for owners with existing time-share rentals that are currently booked.
The Board will be discussing the lease waiver process past this six-month timeline. Once a policy/procedure has been adopted it will be published on the website and a Did You Know article.
