Payment and Late Fee: Monthly assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month. If Payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a $25.00 late fee plus interest will be assessed each month that a past due balance remains.
Please note that this 15 day “grace period” is for unintentional delays, such as with the U.S. Postal Service. It is not meant as an extension of the due date.
