Part of the Association's responsibilities is the maintenance of the stucco walls that "surround" Pine Creek. As I'm sure you can imagine, the cost of that maintenance -- repairing the stucco as it flakes off, painting it, conserving the look-and-feel -- is a big part of our annual budget. One of the issues is a number of people (old and young) taking a shortcut by climbing over the wall near their home. Please ask your residents and visitors not to do so and help us preserve the walls in as good a condition as we can.
