Thinking of making any exterior improvements to your home? Remember that ALL improvements must be submitted to the Modifications Committee, via your homeowner portal, and approved before any modifications may be made. This pre-approval would include painting, even if you are painting in the same color you have today. Having all improvements approved by the Modifications Committee before implementing enables the Committee, on behalf of the Board of Directors, to ensure consistency across the entire PCVA community.
