It's important to make sure that all homeowners continue to adhere to the PCVA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R), as well as any PCVA design or architectural guidelines. Failing to adhere to the PCVA policies can impact all 1,424 properties in our neighborhood. We all have a collective, shared responsibility to follow the rules we signed up for when we moved into a covenant community. Compliance with HOA policies can ensure community harmony and can keep our property values as high as possible. Questions about the community policies and guidelines should be addressed to the HOA Board of Directors.
