The Community painting project will begin on Wednesday, August 6th starting with the metal fencing in the private park, Oak Grove, Orchard Park and Greenmoor neighborhoods.
The contractor, Prep-Rite Coatings & Contracting will have their site services located on Sycamore Glen Trail just south of Pine Manor on the park side. Notices will be placed on the garage doors of all the homes that will be impacted by the work being done and below is a map of the areas to be done this year.
They will begin with power washing these areas to clean off dirt/debris and prep the stucco, metal, and wood perimeter fence prior to beginning the paint.
Please remove ALL items from your exterior walls/fencing, including metal wire to make sure the crew has at least 3 feet of clearance to access the interior side, Prep-Rite will not be held responsible for broken items falling off walls/fencing. Please also trim/cut back any tree branches/shrubs from the exterior walls and fences. Please be mindful of workers on or around your area and any wet paint signs.
For pets and animals please keep them inside while workers are in your yard. If animals need to come out, let the workers know so they can leave the yard and return after putting your pets back inside.
This project is expected to take 8-10 weeks to complete, weather pending.
