Do Not Modify PCVA Common Areas

12/22/2020

Recently, a resident cut the limbs off several trees along Chapel Hills and Old Ranch Road.  We would like to remind everyone that making any unauthorized alterations to the common area landscaping or elements of Pine Creek Village is prohibited. This includes community fencing and the private park. If you notice a common area problem, please report this to PineCreek@ehammersmith.com, so that this can be addressed.

Please Check Your Yard Lights

12/14/2020

We're coming up to the shortest day of the year, about a week away. Because the sun goes down so early, at around 4:30pm, it's become really obvious that there are several homeowner yard lights that do not come on when it's dark. Every house in Pine Creek has one and they help to illuminate the street overnight. Please check your streetlight to make sure that it is working properly and, for example, that the lightbulb doesn't need changing.

Please Dispose of Yard Waste Properly

12/14/2020

Please do not dump yard waste in common areas.  Yard waste, tree trimmings, and leaves should be properly disposed of and not dumped in common areas or down drains.

Take Action Against Neighborhood Crime

12/14/2020

Please keep an eye on the goings-on in your area, keep your porch, yard, and driveway lights on during the hours of darkness, and if needed, call the police at 719-444-7000 or report a crime online at https://cspd.coloradosprings.gov/content/report-crime-online.

You can also see what  police/fire activity is reported in your area by visiting the Colorado Springs Police Department Calls for Service update at http://myneighborhoodupdate.net/

Election and Political Sign Placement

12/14/2020

Residents must remove political signs no later than November 13th.

Political signs  placed for the election on November 3
rd  must be removed within 10 calendar days after the election. Signs are limited to front yard placement behind the street sidewalk only. The maximum number of signs is one per purpose per unit (including political signs for individual candidates and ballot measures). No homeowner sign of any kind may be placed in a window, within common areas, the golf course, or attached to any community sign, fence, village wall or residence.

For more information, please see article 2.9 in the Community Guidelines.
