Keep "porch pirates", criminals who steal packages off your front step, from ruining your holidays by limiting access to your delivered packages. Besides arranging for in-store pick-up, post office or work office delivery, or having your packages delivered to a stay-at-home friend or relative, the best bet is to ensure your packages are not visible from the street. A planter or piece of furniture that allows no easy view of the package from the street will send thieves on their way to easier pickings. The PCVA residents re-elected Sharyn McWhorter and chose Jim Bishop and Dan Bloom to fill the three vacant board positions for a two-year term and ratified the 2019 PCVA budget. Many thanks to Jean Anderson and Glenn Barr, outgoing Board Members, the Candidates who stepped forward to run for Board positions, and all the Voting Delegates who attended the meeting. The 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Pine Creek Village Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on November 14, 2018 at 6:30p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 1307 Republic Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80921 (NOT the Fire Station). PCVA homeowners are cordially encouraged to attend this important annual meeting, to participate in the management of your Association, and to hear from Katie Carleo, Principle Planner for the City of Colorado Springs Northeast Team. During the meeting, the results of the Board of Directors election will be announced (three positions open) and the 2019 Budget ratified.
