Colorado Springs provides a great way to keep track of what’s happening on the roads that you travel on the most. Visit the Cone Zone map at coloradosprings.gov/public-works/page/cone-zones-map

Visit www.wm.com. No login needed - open the Schedule & ETA link at the top and enter your home address to confirm the next service day (Trash or Trash and Recycling). If your service day falls on or after a holiday being observed by your local WM collection team, your service that week will be delayed by one day. Missed Pickup?

• In the event WM is unable unable to service the community on the regular service day (example a weather delay), they typically return the next day so be sure to put your cart out the next morning and following mornings until their return. 
  
• Please make sure to have carts out from 7am until 6pm.  In the event they are unable to return that week, they will take extras out your next service day.
• If your individual cart/address is not serviced on your regular collection day, please call (303) 797-1600 to report the missed pickup. WM typically returns within 24-48 hours so be sure to put your cart out the next morning from 7am to 6pm for service. 
• Holiday Schedule applies to both trash & recycle (if applicable) service.                              
• During a holiday week, service will be delayed by one day for all days that fall on or after the holiday.  Normal schedule will resume the following week.
