Pet waste is a problem in our common areas when pet owners do not clean up after their pets. Not only is it violating the PCVA covenants to leave your pet’s waste laying in the common areas, the poop is a nuisance and can carry viruses and bacteria that are harmful to humans and animals. In addition to the risk of diseases, the organic matter and nutrients in pet waste make the water in our creeks and streams dirty. Learn more HERE
When it's forecast to be windy, please make sure items in your yard aren't blown all over the neighborhood. Tie down anything that is loose or store it inside. Secure the lids to your garbage and recycling containers. Besides losing items that make a mess of the neighborhood, your airborne items can cause damage as they bounce along and strike other times (car sides and windows, home windows, etc.).
Any changes to the exterior of your Pine Creek property, including paint, roofing, landscape, room additions, decks, sheds, gazebos, playground equipment and more, require the approval of the Association. Before making any change, you are required to submit a request to the Modifications Committee who will review and approve, disapprove, or conditionally approve your request.
This year, the Modifications Committee Meeting will meet Mar 7 & 21, Apr 4 & 18, May 2, 16 & 30, Jun 13 & 27, Jul 11 & 25, Aug 8& 22, Sep 5 & 19, Oct 3 &17
To start the process, visit https://www.pcva.org/submit-a-design-review-request1.html to read the instructions and suggestions. Then download and print out the Design Review Request form found there, complete it, and deliver it along with the necessary drawings, plans, and photos of the area with the proposed changes to the Community Manager according to the instructions on the form.
The more specific the details of your plan, the easier it is for the committee to review and approve.
You can email the completed form and supporting picture files to PineCreek@ehammersmith.com
