Apartment Complex Construction Started

​The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department says permits have been issued and construction is now underway for the apartment complex east of Royal Pine Drive between Purple Plum Way and N. Union Boulevard.  The complex is expected to have 232 units at a cost of $39 million.
​Please watch out for increased construction traffic.
