For 2020, the Stucco Walls in the following neighborhoods will be maintained and painted: Greenmoor "north" (wall adjacent to Pine Manor Drive, between Stoneglen and Sand Flower), Heartwood, Oak Knoll, Oak Grove, Pinebrook, Pinecrest, Sycamore Glen, and the Willow Glen monument (retaining wall at monument). The steel fence and stone columns in the following neighborhoods will be maintained and painted: Pine Glade, Pinecrest, and Pinetop.
Homeowners will be required to make walls and fences accessible to maintenance and painting crews, so "spring cleanup" would be a good time to make sure of the following:
1) All tree branches and shrubs must be trimmed off and away from all walls and fences.
2) Any soil, rock, mulch or other landscape material will need to be pulled back to expose all stucco and painted surfaces, including the bottom of the bottom rails of steel fences.
3) All attachments will need to be removed (none are ever allowed on or above the top of any fences or walls).
Homeowners will be notified shortly prior to crew work, with crews entering homeowner property using ladders over the fences and walls. Walls will be power washed several days prior to painting, and homeowners will need to restrain any pets to ensure the safety of personnel and pets (and to keep wet paint off pets).
