3.3.1 RESIDENT PARKING
Residents shall park their automobile, SUV, pickup truck or motorcycle in their garage. Should no parking spaces be available in the garage, residents shall park in their driveway. Should no parking spaces be available in their driveway, residents may park on the street in front of their lot. Recreational vehicles, boats, campers and trailers may not be parked in the street or driveways except as provided for in section 3.3.4
3.3.2 NON-RESIDENT PARKING
Non-residents may park in resident garages or driveways with no restrictions. On-street parking for non-residents is for short term use only and is limited to 48 hours for any automobile, SUV, pickup truck or motorcycle. Recreational vehicles, boats, campers and trailers may not be parked in the street or driveways except as provided for in section 3.3.4
3.3.3 PARKING ON UNPAVED SURFACES
Parking by any vehicle including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, boats, campers and trailers on any unpaved surface is prohibited. Parking in side and rear yards is permitted only on paved driveways serving side or rear loading garages.
3.3.4 VEHICLE STORAGE
Any vehicle that is unlicensed or not in road-worthy condition must be stored in a garage or off-site. Recreational vehicles, boats, campers and trailers shall be parked in a garage or off-site. Recreational vehicles, boats, campers and trailers may be parked in front of the owner's home for up to twenty-four hours for loading and unloading before and after a trip.
3.3.5 PARKING IN STREET SIDEWALK
Vehicles shall not be parked in such a way so as to block access to the street sidewalk.
3.3.6 PARKING IN CUL-DE-SACS
Parking in cul-de-sacs is permitted on the INSIDE curb of the island only. The outer lane in cul-de-sacs is designated as a fire-lane by the City of Colorado Springs to allow for emergency vehicle access. Refer to Exhibit 4 below.

3.3.7 PARKING ENFORCEMENT
The PCVA may levy fines or assessments for violation of parking rules. The PCVA may also tow, at the expense of the owner, any vehicle in Pine Creek that violates parking rules.

10.11.101: PARKING AT CURB OR EDGE OF ROADWAY: A. Except where angle parking is permitted every vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels parallel to and within twelve inches (12") of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway. B. Except where angle parking is permitted, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a one-way roadway shall be so stopped or parked parallel to the curb or edge of the roadway, in the direction of authorized traffic movement, with its right-hand wheels within twelve inches (12") of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway, or its left-hand wheels within twelve inches (12") of the left-hand curb or edge of the roadway. 10.11.102: OBEDIENCE TO ANGLE PARKING SIGNS OR MARKINGS: On those streets which have been approved and signed or marked for angle parking, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by the signs or markings with the front portion of the vehicle next to the curb. 10.11.103: UNATTENDED MOTOR VEHICLE: No person driving or in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand unattended without first stopping the engine, locking the ignition and removing the key, or when standing upon any perceptible grade without effectively setting the brake and turning the front wheels to the curb or side of the highway. 10.11.104: PARKING NOT TO OBSTRUCT TRAFFIC OR MAINTENANCE: A. No person shall park any vehicle upon a street or highway in a manner or under conditions as to interfere with the free movement of vehicular traffic or proper street or highway maintenance. B. It shall be unlawful for the driver or person in control of any vehicle being loaded or unloaded, or for the work person or persons in control of any construction project, or for any other person, to permit or cause any object or objects to protrude or extend into any lane of traffic so as to create a hazard or block the same. No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, vehicular or pedestrian, or in compliance with directions of a police officer or traffic control device, in any of the following places:
A. On a sidewalk or pedestrian walking area; B. Within five feet (5') of a public or private driveway; C. Within an intersection; D. Within five feet (5') of a fire hydrant; E. On a crosswalk; F. Within twenty feet (20') of a crosswalk at an intersection; G. Within thirty feet (30') of the approach to any flashing beacon, stop sign, yield sign or traffic control signal located at the side of the roadway; H. Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb, or within thirty feet (30') of points on the curb immediately opposite the ends of a safety zone, unless a different length is indicated by official signs and markings; I. Within fifty feet (50') of the nearest rail of a railroad at the intersection of a street and a railroad; J. Within ten feet (10') of the nearest rail of a railroad at any location other than an intersection; K. Within twenty feet (20') of the driveway entrance to any fire station and on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within seventy five feet (75') of the entrance when properly signposted; L. Alongside or opposite any street or roadway excavation or obstruction when stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic; M. On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street; N. Between the curb and the sidewalk except where expressly provided by section 10.1.313 of this chapter and except where expressly permitted under the terms of a revocable permit issued pursuant to chapter 3 of this Code. O. Upon any bridge or other elevated structure upon a street or highway or within a street or highway tunnel; P. At any place where official signs prohibit stopping, standing or parking; Q.
