Payments: We recommend homeowners use the Electronic Payment service provided by Hammersmith as it is the most secure and efficient method of maintaining your account. Please go to portal.eHammersmith.com and log into make a payment. You will need to enter your email and password to log in to your homeowner portal. Once you are logged in, you may select Make a Payment and choose from several options to make your payment. Please contact Hammersmith at PineCreek@ehammersmith.comor 719-389-0700 if you have any difficulty logging in.
Coupons: If you need payment coupons to pay by mail, please contact Hammersmith at PineCreek@ehammersmith.com as soon as possible to order coupons.
Payment and Late Fee: Monthly assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month. If Payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a $25.00 late fee plus interest will be assessed each month that a past due balance remains. Please note that this 15 day “grace period” is for unintentional delays, such as with the U.S. Postal Service. It is not meant as an extension of the due date.
