Advertising

PCVA has several advertising opportunities for individuals, businesses and organizations. PCVA serves an upper middle class demographic that ranges from families with young children to retired households. All advertising proceeds are used for funding community activities such as holiday parties, picnics, golf tournaments, garage sales, homeowner orientations and more. All advertising opportunities are for online display ads in the Association's email blasts, website and electronic newsletter. Below are the details and costs for advertising.

Email Advertising - PCVA uses email as its primary means of communicating with residents. As of this writing, the PCVA email list has over 1200 email addresses in its database. We guarantee to send out at least two emails to all residents per month, but some months will have more email blasts.
  • Setup Fee: $100 (includes ad creative).
  • Cost: $75 per month. Month to month agreement. 30 day termination notice.
  • Required from advertiser - logo / artwork in high res digital format.
  • Ad will link to advertiser's website.
  • Email Ad Size - 600 x 74 pixels (see sample below).

Website Advertising - PCVA's website is popular with residents and is a cornerstone of the Association's efforts to communicate with its residents. In 2012, the PCVA website averaged 3253 page views per month, and we anticipate traffic increasing through 2013 and beyond as the Association moves more from snail mail communication to electronic communication.
