Advertising

PCVA has several advertising opportunities for individuals, businesses and organizations.  PCVA serves an upper middle class demographic that ranges from families with young children to retired households.   All advertising proceeds are used for funding community activities such as holiday parties, picnics, golf tournaments, garage sales, homeowner orientations and more.  All advertising opportunities are for online display ads in the Association's email blasts, website and electronic newsletter.  Below are the details and costs for advertising.

Email Advertising - PCVA uses email as its primary means of communicating with residents.  As of this writing, the PCVA email list has approximately 1000 email addresses in its database.  We guarantee to send out at least two emails to all residents per month, but most months will have 3 or 4 email blasts.
  • Setup Fee:  $100 (includes ad creative).
  • Cost: $100 per month.  Month to month agreement.  30 day termination notice.
  • Required from advertiser - logo / artwork in high res digital format.
  • Ad will link to advertiser's website.
  • Ad included in the quarterly e-newsletter (requires 3 month ad spend).
  • Limit 3 ads per email.
  • Email Ad Size - 600 x 74 pixels (see sample below).

Website Advertising - PCVA's website is popular with residents and is a cornerstone of the Association's efforts to communicate with its residents.  In 2009, the PCVA website averaged 2658 page views per month, and we anticipate traffic increasing through 2010 and beyond as the Association moves more from snail mail communication to electronic communication.
