Changes to the exterior color of a residence or accessory structure can be selected from the original exterior color palettes specific for that style home and neighborhoods. The original architectural scheme(s) is available for most homes and owners can call to make an appointment with the PCVA Management Office. Paint colors must be applied utilizing the approved color-blocking scheme for the house. All exterior color changes, including repaints in existing color scheme, must be approved by the MC before paint application. Colors must be named and labeled and photos must be provided of your home, the adjacent homes on each side, and the home(s) across the street. Individual garage door repaint or replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.1.3 HOUSES DOING TRIM AND ACCENT ONLY REPAINT IN SAME SCHEME
