Save Time And Money By Paying Your Dues Automatically.
Note - PCVA will NOT be mailing out payment booklets in 2012.   By not mailing out nearly 1500 payment booklets we will save the Association more than $6000 in printing and postage costs.  We are requesting that all owners use some form of electronic payment (see below).  Electronic payments are easy, save you time and money and reduce the Association's receivables which benefits all of us.  If you absolutely, positively, can not use electronic payments, please CONTACT the Community Manager to request a payment booklet. 

Note also that you can pay your dues for the entire year in advance and get a discount!  If you pay your dues in full by January 15th, 2012 you will get a 2% discount (4% annualized).  See the dues amounts below for the payment for your neighborhood.   If you wish to pay in advance, please send a check payable to Pine Creek Village Association to:

Dues for PCVA and the various sub-associations for 2012 are:
  • PCVA - assessments are $62.00 per month, ($729.12 annual payment with 2% discount).
  • Carriages Neighborhood - assessments are $123.00 per month to Carriages plus $62.00 per month to PCVA for a total assessment of $185.00 per month. 
  • La Bellezza Neighborhood - assessments are $188.00 per month to La Bellezza plus $62.00 per month to PCVA for a total assessment of $250.00 per month.
  • Sage Hill Greens Neighborhood - assessments are $175.00 per month to Sage Hill Greens plus $62.00 per month to PCVA for a total assessment of $237.00 per month.
  • Reverie Neighborhood - assessments remaining at $130.00 per month to Reverie plus $62.00 per month to PCVA for a total assessment of $192.00 per month.
  • Wildflower Neighborhood - assessments remaining at $142.00 per month to Wildflower plus $62.00 per month to PCVA for a total assessment of $204.00 per month.
You have three options for electronic payments:

1) The first option is Direct Debit offered through our management company, MSI.  To take advantage of MSI's Direct Debit, you will need your userid and password to sign in to the 'owners only' section of the PCVA website at http://msi.pcva.org. Once signed in, click on 'Check Your Account' and then 'Pay Online' to complete the Direct Debit authorization.

2) The second option is automatic recurring bill payment through your bank.  Most banks offer this service at no charge to their customers.   To take advantage of your own bank's automatic recurring bill pay service just give them a call - it only takes a few minutes to set up.   You'll need to tell your bank to send the automatic payments payable to Pine Creek Village Association to:

3) The third option is to use one of the commercial bill pay services.  There are many companies that offer this service.  CLICK HERE for a Google listing of bill payment services.  Many home finance programs like Quicken also offer electronic bill payment services.  You'll need to tell your bill pay service to send the automatic payments payable to Pine Creek Village Association to:
