Complete the application below to register for a PCVA online ad.  Upon receipt of your application we will contact you via email to arrange delivery of your logo and/or images.  All ads are subject to approval and to the terms of use.   CLICK HERE to view the terms of use.

Selecting Your Ad
Please choose your desired ad type below. We will create the ad for you if you wish, or you can provide an ad in the size listed below (in pixels) in either .jpg or .gif format. We reserve the right to retouch your ad if it does not meet the graphical standards set forth by the Association. If you wish for us to produce your ad, we will need a high res digital version of your logo and any imagery you want in your ad. Each ad you choose can link to your website. Please indicate the web address you'd like the ad to link to.

Each ad has a $100 setup fee (to produce the ad itself, and to place the ad into the website or email management system). Each ad costs $75 per month, billed on the 1st of the month in advance. If your initial ad is placed before the first of the month, you will be billed $2.50 per day, prorated for the initial period. Then monthly billing will commence on the 1st of the month thereafter. All ads are on a month to month basis. 30 days notice required to terminate an ad.
