PCVA Dues - 2013
The 2013 monthly assessments for the Pine Creek Village Association have increased as ratified at the November 8, 2012 Annual General Meeting to $70.00 per unit per month.
The Association is again offering the 2% discount for prepayment of the Pine Creek annual assessments if paid by January 15, 2013 (this does not include Neighborhood assessments). Annual dues for 2013 are $840.00. Take 2% off and pay only $823.20.
Payments should be made payable to: Pine Creek Village Association.

For Online Bill Pay:
Go to www.msihoa.com. Click on the 'Homeowner Services' tab and then 'Make a Payment' tab, and follow the instructions.
2013 Neighborhood Assessments:
Neighborhoods with increased monthly assessments:
- Carriages increase to $125.00 monthly ($195.00 total)
- Reverie increase to $200.00 monthly ($270.00 total)
Neighborhoods with no increase in monthly assessments:
- La Bellezza - $188.00 monthly ($258.00 total)
- Sage Hill Greens - $175.00 monthly ($245.00 total)
- Wildflower - $142.00 monthly ($212.00 total)
With the majority of owners using an electronic form of payment, for cost savings, coupons are distributed by owner request only. Coupon requests must be submitted to cpickett@msihoa.com or at www.pcva.org by November 30, 2012. If you are on owner signed up for payment by ACH the increase will automatically be adjusted for you.
