Request A Design Review

Any changes to the exterior of your Pine Creek property, including paint, roofing, landscape, room additions, decks,  sheds, gazebos, playground equipment and more, require the approval of the Asociation.  Before making any change, you are required to submit a request to the Modifications Committee who will review and approve, disapprove, or conditionally approve your request. 

There is no longer a fee charged for modification or design review UNLESS the association would have to hire an architect or engineer to review plans.  This would only occur for major additions or projects.  You would be notified of any fees before being charged.

To start the process, CLICK HERE to download the Design Review Request form (in PDF format), then print out the form, complete it and deliver it to the Community Manager in person, via mail, via fax or via email.  Instructions for delivery are on the form.
